How I stay Motivated for Every Workout
“How do you get up at 6:00 AM to workout?... That’s so hard!”
It seems hard, but with a simple attitude switch it’s easy, it’s a privilege. When I try to chase that “feeling” then it makes it all worth it. The desire to get to that feeling is greater than waking up at 6:00. Once you have identified the feeling you are chasing, then it won’t be difficult to wake up early to work out.
