Make Things Non-Negotiable

When it comes to training in your 40’s, there is one thing that I have found can make or break your workout routine. That is a method that I use where I make things non-negotiable.

You have to make your physical health your #1 priority, and not let it slip into a 3rd, 4th, 5th or 6th priority. A simple switch like that can make all the difference. When we work together on performance and executive coaching, that is something we will zero in on.
