Have you Been in a Rut?

Do you set goals for yourself and just not follow through?

Like... Have you put together a rigorous exercise routine where you are waking up early in the morning, working out having a stringent diet ...then one or two days later you give up and stop all together?

Here is what you might be doing wrong... Don't worry, its a quick fix: You probably have set the right goals, but just not the right accountability structure. AKA you don't have any skin in the game! The fix to that problem is spreading accountability.

That means telling your friends/family about your goal... Your new career goal, or fitness goal, or life goal. The bottom line is when you let others know about your goal, you aren’t just letting yourself down when you don’t make an effort to complete them, but you are letting other people down too.
